The RMF's activities can be divided into five major categories: Education, Agricultural, Economy, Medical and Democracy and Human Rights.

The activities are executed through the various centers that the foundation has established over the last few years (the Agricultural Center of the North (CAN) and its affiliates, the Medical Community Clinic, the Youth Community Center, the Center for Working Children, the Children's Nursery, the Business Development Center, etc.), and/or through individual development projects partnered by local or international NGOs and grantors of institutional funds (ACCESS, CEDARS, CEDARSplus, CUDMOS, GEWAMED, RWIGAT, CoopNet, REACT, LEAD, ect.).

The various activities are managed by the Foundation's central administration offices in Ashrafieh, Beirut, which occupy two large floors consisting each of 9 rooms divided into indivitual offices and meeting rooms.

In 2007, the RMF's staff consisted of around 140 full-time employees: |
32 people held administrative positions in the central administration offices, 65 were employed by the Agricultural Center of the North, 11 by the Community Clinic, 16 by the Center for Working Children, 6 at the Youth Community Center and 6 in the Children's Nursery.
