Project Description
Creation of a center for professional training and the production of natural ice cream using milk and fruit from farmers in North Lebanon and processing it into ice cream to be marketed locally.
The ice cream produced is 100% natural. It is made from milk and fruit collected from farmers in the region. The market brand 'Booza Marj' has been registered, and is available in the market since April 2005 in addition to being sold to restaurants.
