Daily tests of samples

Regular analysis of cow and goat milk and dairy products


Analysis made

Physical & chemical analyses: acidity, fat, calcium, phosphorus, density, color.

Sensory analyses: smell, color, taste.

Bacteriological analyses: FMAR (Flore Mésophile Aérobie Revivifiable), fecal coliforms, total coliforms, staphylococus aureus, salmonella typhi, yeasts and molds.

The bacteriological laboratory ensures appropriate processing for high quality, healthy and sanitary products. It takes all needed preventive measures to meet the standards of its well-respected label.
