Showroom and Industrial Kitchen

The showroom displays and sells all CAN's and RMF's products (diary, icecream, olive oil, ect.) as well as regional farmers' produce.

The showroom is part of a cafeteria, offering all kinds of healthy food and snacks.

The industrial kitchen organizes workshops led by international chefs and offers vocational training courses in catering, hospitality, and agri-food processing. The project for equipping the kitchen was sponsored by the Embassy of Japan in Lebanon and completed in 2005.It was functioning partially until its official inauguration on the 18th August 2008. The equipment include a bakery section, industrial-size fridges and washers, and all necessary cooking utensils.

Training of rural women in processing of produce and dairy products.
Processing of produce for local sale through a local distribution network.
Preparation of meals and snacks that will be sold in the cafeteria of the center.
In a separate project, the kitchen will be inviting women with skills for cooking old traditional dishes of the region, to prepare them at the kitchen's facilities. These dishes and special food will also be sold in the cafeteria and in the adjacent restaurant that the RMF plans to open in the future.
