Beneficiaries
Direct: Students that are members of the club, teachers, school principles, health educators and parents' councils.
Indirect: Students other than the club members, parents and other community members.

Goal
To establish a model standard for the public school system in Lebanon by providing comprehensive support to 15 pilot schools.

Objectives
Creating a healthy and safe educational environment through improved physical space, basic infrastructure, and increased access to appropriate science and technology laboratories.
Enhancing student growth outside the classroom by systemizing after-school programs.

Activities
Completing need assessment questionnaires with the schools.
Establish a school committee per school.
Training the school committees.
Form one school club per school in the 15 selected schools.
Equip the clubs by equipments requested.
Have students (members of the club) conducting two activities during the scholastic year 2009 – 2010, with the help of the school committee and other students.


List of the school clubs activities conducted during the 2009/2010 school year:

31 March 2010: Music Club activity at Tourza Mixed School.
31 March 2010: Folklore Club activity at Al-Islah Inetrmediary school (Saida).
15 April 2010: Football competition between the Rachaiine and the Meryata secondary schools Football clubs.
April 2010: 7 various clubs activities conducted in 7 schools.
14 May 2010: Music Club end of year event at the Aley 1st Mixed School.
27 May 2010: Music Club activities at the Jamil Rawas Secondary School for Boys -Beirut
May 2010: 15 various clubs activities conducted in 9 schools.
