The FIFA Football World Cup is traditionally the most popular and exciting sport tournament followed in Lebanon. Fans of the various teams will decorate their cars and balconies with flags of the team that they support. Following the games with friends and family offers very cherished memories.

On the occasion of the World Cup 2006, the 'Club des Etudiants' is organizing a daily live viewing of all the football games on a giant screen. The RMF has offered the premises of its Youth Community Center for the purpose.

The entrance is free of charge for all. The event also included a Playstation competition, a World Cup history knowledge competition, and a 'World Cup best car decoration' award.

The attendance for important games featuring Brazil, Germany and Italy was about 700 spectators, which is the maximum capacity at the center.
