The trainings, conducted by Mr. Karam Abi Yazbeck, were part of the CoopNet project. They were conducted on 26th June in the North (at the RMF's Youth Community Center in Mejdlaya), the 27th June in Mount Lebanon (at the RMF premises, Ashrafieh) and on the 28th June in the South (at the ADR premises in Tyr).

The objectives were to enhance the participants' communication, team building, and networking skills, and to provide the participants with an opportunity to share their experiences and expertise.

The topics included Team Work, Communication Skills and Networking Techniques. The approach was practical and participatory, encouraging analytical and critical thinking through the process of interactive, group work.

The training exercises included open discussions and intensive role-play exercises.
