The event was co-chaired by Board member Toni Alam and Mrs. Rima Otrakji.

About 300 distinguished personalities attended the dinner that honored Mr. Rony Seikaly (former NBA player and star) who received the Lifetime Distinguished Achievement Award, and The Peace for Lebanon Foundation, that received the Distinguished Community Service Award.

HE Mrs. Nayla Moawad, Lebanese Minister of Social Affairs, gave the keynote address and presented the awards.

The evening also featured a fashion show by Lebanese designer Jean Fares who received the Outstanding Talent Award, and included a silent auction, and music & dancing.

The proceeds of the event are dedicated to RMF's School Rehabilitation project, which provides youth with the opportunities for a better educational environment leading to a brighter and more dignified future.
