A 'family gathering' for all the RMF staff was held on the 18th of December in Hazmieh, for the occasion of the end of the year holidays.

About 100 members of the RMF employees in the North and in Beirut attended the event held in the presence of H.E. Mrs. Nayla Moawad and Mr. Michel Moawad. Also present were Mr. Fady Yarak, General Director of the Ministry of Education, Mr Michel Rouhban, administrative director of the RMF, Mr. Nabil Moawad, director of the agricultural sector, Mrs Joumana Jamhouri responsible of Communication and Mrs Delphine Compain projects director.

This year, the end of the year holidays included Eid Al Adha, Christmas and New Year.

In a brief speech before cutting the cake, Mrs Moawad wished everyone Happy Holidays and expressed her pride for the great accomplishments that RMF has been able to achieve over the last few years, serving a continuously increasing number of people in all parts of Lebanon through the various social and agricultural projects that it runs. She said that this year brings Eid El Adha and Christmas at almost the same time, which symbolizes the unity of the Lebanese people in all their diversity. She hoped that 2008 will bring peace, political harmony and reconstruction projects in the social domain in Lebanon. She wanted to highlight that the success of RMF was only possible with the professional and dedicated work that all those working at the foundation are offering.
