The event was part of the ACCESS-MENA project.

The goal of the workshop was to enable the awareness and recreational team part of the ACCESS project, to resolve conflicts in a professional manner

The workshop started with a general overview about the execution of the team's activities.

During the 3 days, the trainer showed the weaknesses in the ways commonly used for conflict resolution, and presented more professional and efficient methods to tackle such issues.

The participants approached some of the conflicts they faced and the trainer gave them the suitable techniques for solving such conflicts.
