RMF organized in its Youth Community Center (CCJ), in Mejdlaya, a 2-day workshop on CV and self promoting. This activity was implemented in partnership with the Spanish Foundation FPSC (Fundaction Promocion Sociale de la Cultura) as part of a larger frame project of education reinforcement in the Middle East financed by AECID (Agence Espagnole de Coopération Internationale et de Développement). The workshop was animated by social trainer Mr. Karam Abi Yazbeck, and benefited 30 youth. In his opening introduction Mr. Abi Yazbeck, explained about the importance of CV writing and its effects on promoting oneself properly and getting better chances of being chosen for good jobs. The workshop, spread over two days consisted of 5 main sessions, which included practical exercises. The sessions covered the following topics: Positive and efficient communication, writing CVs in a professional way, seeking jobs and preparing successfully for job interviews and importance of proper job description... | |
