This project aims to support vulnerable girls and boys with learning, soft and hard skills and employability programs in the North

The planned project activities include:

Outreach for BTS for formal and non-formal education

Provide 420 youth with short and medium term competency skills training program

Implementation of internship, on-the-job training or apprenticeship program for 100 youth

Provide 50 youth with employment (formal or informal) or income generation opportunities after receiving the training

Training of 15 educators and NGOs staff on NFE program and innovation service provision

Training of facilitators on life skills curriculum

Provide 510 youth with training on Life Skills and Conflict Resolution

Life skills and conflict management training

Implement 20 youth self-functioning youth initiatives (summer camp, artistic activities, peace building clubs, community campaigns, civic engagement) to promote active involvement of youth  and reduce tensions in local communities
